Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (Clinical concentration) from SUNY Albany’s School of Social Welfare. She has over a decade of experience in the mental health field; the last five years providing therapeutic services to both individuals and couples.
Her interests include working with individuals and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, parenting concerns, family/couple conflict and stress management. She provides her clients with a safe and supportive space to explore their concerns, while working collaboratively with them so they feel the empowerment that comes from accessing their best self.
Jessica uses an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, solution focused and person-centered models to meet each of her client’s unique needs and goals while focusing on their strengths.
