Hannah (she/her) is a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to supporting clients on their journey towards self-discovery and healing. Hannah views therapy as a pathway to exploring our deepest selves, unlocking the potential for transformative growth.
Hannah approaches psychotherapy as a collaborative and creative journey, fostering a safe, supportive relationship where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. She tailors her approach to each individual's unique needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based practices, mindfulness, and psychodynamic theory. Hannah encourages clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with curiosity and compassion, empowering them to overcome challenges, embrace their authentic selves, and pursue the life they desire.
Hannah works with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, grief, and relationship challenges. She places great value on the therapeutic relationship, believing that it is through deep connection and understanding that meaningful change can occur.
Hannah earned her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and her Master’s in Social Work from New York University. She has experience working with clients across the lifespan, providing psychotherapy in community-based mental health, at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in NYC, and in private practice.
In her free time, Hannah loves practicing yoga, seeing live music, traveling, and spending time in nature.
